late 19th/early 20th Century Doll

A delightful late 19th/early 20th Century Armand Marselle Bisque headed doll with the number "390"o,  initials "D R G M",  "246" and "A II M" all appearing on the back of the neck, jointed (pot) knees/legs and hands,  dressed as viewed and complete with under garments.
