A fine quality19th/early 20th Century brass desk-top Ink Well

A fine quality 19th/early 20th Century brass, desk top Ink Well stand  the base consisting of  a pair of  square Ink well receptacles - one to either side complete with cut glass ink wells each with hinged brass ring surround  and shaped glass tops,  the base having  a dog lying down  in the centre, behind the dog  there are railings that are hinged and swing  out and which are adorned with a candlestick at each end. Super condition and order, quite unusual too.
