19th century Minton  parian ware figure of a young boy on a  stepped and decorative Pedestal standing against an anvil and block and holding a hammer  over his shoulder with  a horseshoe in his other hand, the circular pedestal having a plaque and the title  "Industry" shown thereon and " Minton" to the underside of the  base.
