18th/early 19th Century miniature watercolour of a Gentleman

 A good 18th/early 19th Century oval miniature  of a moustached and rather serious looking Gentleman of  Character (with great sideburns & rosy cheeks too!)  in period clothing  and mounted in original wood frame with brass oval surround as viewed, the frame having the number 27 carved/impressed in the back and traces of original label.
